Hi! So glad you’re here - I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and former Clinical Director with experience across school, district, and clinic settings, but what matters most to me is helping families feel confident, capable, and supported in their everyday lives.

Over the past several years, I’ve built and led a multidisciplinary clinic from the ground up, growing it from just a handful of learners to a thriving, collaborative environment serving over 60+ families combined. Through that experience, I saw a consistent gap: caregivers were often given recommendations but not the ongoing support they needed to actually implement them in real life.

I’ve also had the unique perspective of sitting on the other side of the table—working within school systems, participating in planning meetings, and helping make decisions behind the scenes. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how systems operate, but it also made something very clear: caregivers often need more support, clarity, and advocacy than they’re given.

That’s what led me to this work.

Now, I get to sit on the side of the table where I feel I can make the greatest impact: supporting, educating, and advocating alongside caregivers to help them navigate decisions and feel confident in what’s best for their child.

In addition to my clinical work, I am currently pursuing my PhD in Exceptional Learning with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on caregiver training and support. This allows me to stay closely connected to current research and continue strengthening the way I serve families.

At Tend Learning Collective, my approach is grounded in intention. I focus on teaching strategies that are realistic, effective, and integrated into your daily life—not added on top of it. Whether we’re working through challenging behaviors, building communication, or navigating school supports like IEPs, the goal is always the same—to help you feel more confident, more equipped, and less alone.
